Main Causes of Acne Pimples Breakouts

Acne is a severe skin disease which can be a huge nightmare if it is not cure or treated properly within a particular span of time, and can spoil your overall appearance as in most of the acne cases we notice that it usually occurs of face and that can be extremely problematic. Acne is also known as pimple, blackheads, whiteheads or Scars marks and it’s a kind of a skin diseases which can occur on any part of the body but in 99.9% cases acne occurs on facial skin most of the time.

Although there are no particular reasons, causes and factors which can determine the major factors which causes acne but still there few which tells you the truth about actual acne causes, Given below are some of them –

Bacterial Formation on skin causes Acne – Propionibacterium Acne is the well known Bactria which actually causes acne on our facial skin and other body parts like back and shoulders. Propionibacterium Acne Bacteria usually form on our skin and that is the main cause of acne. The presence of Propionibacterium Acne bacteria on our skin attracts and invites white blood cells to produce enzyme that causes redness and inflammation.

Sebaceous glands – The other main cause of Acne formation is the production of sebum by the sebaceous glands which usually tends to fill up hair follicles and further it creates oily appearance on our skin. In other senses sebum is actually quite good for our skin as it protects our skin from water, dirt and pollution but on the other over production of sebum creates oily skin patterns and thus it causes whiteheads and Acne.

Hormones – One of the main and major causes of acne is Hormones and that occurs due to usual Hormonal changes and imbalance of Hormones production ratio required by out body and skin type. Hormones changes due to some sudden circumstances we face during our daily lifestyle and pregnancy, Over Stress, use of Birth control pills, Masturbation in men, irregular menstruation cycles. Due to all these hormonal changes acne occurs on our facial and other body part skin surface.

Improper Skin Care Products – Sometime without taking proper medication prescription from our skin cares experts and dermatologists, we often use those skin care products which claims to work effective on your skin type, but that doesn’t happen sometimes and due to improper use of skin care products they causes unusual itching on our skin and further it leads towards Scar marks, reactions and acne as well. So try to avoid these products and always carefully use those products which are actually made for your skin type.

Skin Exposure to Sun rays – During summer day we often have to travel a lot and if you are not using sunscreen you may expose your skin to sun rays and further over expose to sun rays and UV rays your skin might suffer from sunburn and acne related issues, so try to avoid traveling in sunrays and always wear sunscreen while you go out for work.
